How to conceive with a baby boy

Introduction

Pregnancy is a wonderful experience, but it can also be stressful. You have many factors to consider and the baby is growing inside of you. It's important to keep your mind on the positive and know what works best for conceiving a boy or girl. We've put together this list of tips for having a healthier conception process so that when your baby arrives, they're born healthy and happy!

Start tracking ovulation.

Start tracking ovulation. To get the ball rolling, you'll want to track your menstrual cycle and ovulation so that you can see when your most fertile days are. This will help guide when it's time for conception and how frequently you should try to conceive over a given period of time (or not).

To do this, start keeping track of how long each of your cycles are on average—this can vary depending on age or health history—and note whether they begin with an egg or sperm release in order to see if there's any pattern emerging here. Once this information has been gathered over several months' worth of cycles, take note of what happens during those cycles: Does one partner release more eggs than usual? Is one partner more likely than another partner to miss periods entirely? Both questions could indicate problems with ovulation or fertility issues down the line if left unchecked; however, these issues might resolve themselves naturally after some time passes so don't worry too much about them yet!

Consider trying the "Shettles Method."

The Shettles method is a fertility awareness method that uses the time of ovulation, sperm survival and sex chromosome makeup as indicators for when to conceive. The Shettles method involves monitoring your cervical mucus for fertile days. The theory behind this method is that sperm will survive longer if they are in an environment with a low pH level (acidic).

The following steps can help you determine when you're most likely to become pregnant:

Monitor your cervical mucus every day or two during the fertile phase of your cycle—that's around days 14-18 after ovulation has occurred (or at least within two days after). If you see strings forming inside your cervix or thin white strips along its length on an infertile day then this means there's no chance of getting pregnant right now because these conditions don't exist during ovulation yet! However, if there aren't any strings present but more than one string was observed within 24 hours before ovulation occurred then chances are good that conception might happen soon!

Watch your pH level.

Your vaginal pH level is the acidity or alkalinity of your vagina. It’s a number that ranges from 3 to 7, with 6 being neutral (neither acid nor alkaline). If you have too high a pH level, it can increase your chances of conceiving boys; if you have too low a pH level (below 3), it could decrease those chances.

To measure your vaginal pH level:

Wash with warm water and let dry before taking any measurements.

Insert a finger into your vagina until it reaches the cervix—the neck between womb and ovaries where sperm are produced—and then withdraw it slowly so that no blood is visible on either side of the opening when viewed under magnification with an eye dropper or other small glassware filled halfway with distilled water so that bubbles form at its surface.

Avoid alkaline foods and drinks.

Avoid foods that are alkaline (e.g., yogurt, cheese, eggs).

Avoid food that is acidic (e.g., coffee).

Avoid food that is neutral (e.g., juices like orange or apple).

Avoid both types at once if you want to combine them in your diet, such as eating a slice of cheddar cheese on top of an apple slice with peanut butter spread over it!

Have sex on the right days.

Avoid vaginal lubricants. (But if you absolutely need to use one, use egg whites.)

The FDA has not approved the use of vaginal lubricants for the prevention of pregnancy. However, many women still use them to help make sex more comfortable and increase their chances of conceiving. But if you're trying to conceive with a baby boy, you should avoid using any kind of lubricant at all.

The reason why egg whites are better than other types of vaginal lubricants is because they contain more protein than water (which means they can absorb into your body more easily). This is important because it allows sperm to swim faster through your uterus and fallopian tubes—the part where fertilization takes place in order to create an embryo that will eventually become an infant! It also helps keep everything in place so there's less chance for things like infection during ovulation cycles or miscarriages due to hormonal changes caused by pregnancy itself (like how much stress hormones rise when pregnant).

Make sure your partner wears boxers and looser pants (as opposed to briefs or tight pants).

When you're trying to conceive a baby boy, it's important to have the right partner. Your partner should wear boxers and looser pants (as opposed to briefs or tight pants).
